Experience a world-class chocolate tasting from the comfort of your home! Enjoy five different Barry Callebaut chocolate samples with Chef Mark Seaman, the Culinary Applications Chef for the Chocolate Academy in Chicago. During the virtual session, Chef Seaman will guide you through the tasting process in which you will learn to draw upon all of your senses to experience chocolate on a new level. Also learn about the cultivation and harvesting of cocoa as well as the manufacture of chocolate.
Mark Seaman is the Culinary Applications Chef for the Chocolate Academy in Chicago. He focuses on concept development for Key Accounts & Chains as well as Distributor relationship development. As a cake design specialist, Mark draws inspiration from the world of fashion and interior design where color & texture reign. Prior to joining Barry Callebaut, Mark owned a wedding cake boutique & retail bakery; he was named one of the Top 10 Cake Designers in North America in 2013 by Dessert Professional.
