Advanced registration required.

Retail bakers have more critical data at their disposal than ever before! With the changeover from cash registers to POS systems, bakeries can eliminate guesswork and use the data at their fingertips. Data-based production planning is now an affordable reality with today’s software solutions.
Join the Retail Bakers of America, Cybake founder Jane Tyler and Cybake US business representative Luke Karl as they show you how to utilize technology to forecast what to produce based on previous sales data, drive your best-selling products, and reduce waste. With rising costs of doing business and tighter profit margins, data-based efficiency has become a critical process in the business of baking.
Jane Tyler, Managing Director
Jane Tyler founded Cybake in 1998 after completing her master’s degree in computer science at the University of York. Jane is the former vice-chair of the British Baking Society, speaks regularly at food industry and technology conferences and is a graduate of the Goldman Sachs Ambassador Programme, a selective initiative that supports high-growth SMEs.
Luke Karl, USA Business Development Representative
Luke Karl left a career in data analytics to become a professional baker, starting off as an apprentice and working his way to the top, eventually becoming the general manager of Dinkel’s Bakery in Chicago. Luke lives in Denver, Colorado and now uses his wide-ranging expertise to help other bakers get the most out of their businesses with Cybake bakery software.
