Chef Nicolas will share his expertise by providing detailed, hands-on tutorials for six different techniques & recipes. The program will cover the product recipes and processes followed by mixing and baking the following products:

Savory Muffins
Flat Muffins
Brownie Cake Donuts
Born in France, Chef Nicolas Nayener discovered his passion for baking at a young age. He attended the best baking schools in France and had Christian Vabret (MOF) and Sebastien Chevallier (MOF) as mentors for 5 years. For the past four years, he has worked as a Research & Development Master Baker for Eurogerm KB in Hoffman Estates, IL.
The Eurogerm KB innovation baking facility is a 3,500 sq. ft. state-of-the-art bakery lab is fully equipped to run fresh baked and frozen processes for all types of baked goods. This lab will be utilized for innovative product development work, training, demonstrations, seminars, and hosting customers for various projects.
