Randy McArthur is a technical support representative at Dawn Foods and is passionate about sharing his knowledge with the next generation of bakers. Randy is a second-generation baker who took over his family bakery in 1976. With his leadership of the family bakery, McArthur's Bakery became the largest independently owned retail bakery in St. Louis and among the top five percent in the United States. He has been heavily involved in the bakery industry over the last 45 years, serving as a past President of the RBA (Retail Bakers of America), as a board member for the St. Louis Bakers Cooperative Association, as a past President of the St. Louis Master Retail Bakers, and Missouri Bakers Association. In addition to this expertise, Randy helped found the RPIA group, a peer-sharing and buying group for bakers.
