Local Millers
Local Millers is made up of Joe, Doris and Isabella Bozzi. We began this business out of a desire to make locally grown grains easily accessible as flours, cornmeal, grits, and foods made with them. We are partnered with the Brandt Family Farm that acts as a grain hub cleaning and storing the grains from other family farms, which we then mill and sell to stores, bakers, restaurants, and direct to consumers on the web and at farmers markets. We’ve been in business for a year and hope to continue to grow and share the local grains love with others.
